 Dr. Guzman joined the practice in 2005. She earned her Medical Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health and completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency at Advocate Hope Children’s Hospital in Oaklawn, IL in 2005. She is board certified and a member of the AAP and AMA.

She is fluent in Spanish, and she is CPR certified. She has also served as the Vice Chair of the Pediatrics Department and on the Physician Credentialing Committee at Vista Health.

 Dr. Faye Montes completed her Pediatric residency training at Advocate Christ Hospital and Hope Children’s Hospital. Upon graduation, she was the recipient of the Outstanding Senior Resident Award.  She earned her Medical Degree at the University of the Philippines. She joined our practice in 2000. Dr. Montes is a Board certified Pediatrician and is a Fellow Member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She served as a member of the Vista Physician Leadership Group.

Dr. Montes is fluent in Tagalog and speaks basic Spanish. She is certified in basic CPR.

Dr. Montes is a clinical instructor/preceptor for medical students at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.

Board Certified, American Board of Pediatrics

 Dr. Marson Teñoso is a Board Certified Pediatrician by the American Board of Pediatrics who joined the practice in 2009. He completed his Pediatric Internship and Residency at The University of Illinois at Chicago in 2009.  He earned his Medical Degree at the University of the Phillippines then went on to work and conduct research at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.  

Dr. Teñoso has also served as the Vice Chair of the Pediatrics Department and on the Physician Credentialing Committee at Vista Health. He is fluent in Tagalog and speaks basic Spanish.
